Wilson Lab - Entomology Research and Extension for Orchards/Vineyards

We are an agroecology lab with an applied entomology research and extension program focused on the development, evaluation and adoption of integrated pest management (IPM) practices for orchards and vineyards. Our work spans the molecular to the landscape, and engages with the intertwined ecological, agronomic, social and political-economic dimensions of California agriculture.

More technically, I'm faculty in the Dept. Entomology at UC Riverside with a lab based off-campus at the Kearney Agricultural Research and Extension Center (near Fresno, CA), which is an Agricultural Experiment Station. Additionally, I'm also part of UC Cooperative Extension as well as Director of the UC Organic Agriculture Institute.
